Prayer

We cannot have a personal relationship with God without communicating with God, which we call prayer.  Examples of prayer can obviously be found throughout Scripture, and our Tradition holds many, many other ideas and examples.  According to Pew Research surveys, only 51% of Catholics under age 50 pray daily.  Lay people need to be challenged to pray and particularly need help determining how to pray amid the busyness of daily life.
